History:

Located in Savoy since 1977, our family business “GERARD JUBIER CHALETS” has developed the business of construction and property development in the ski resort of Les Saisies, and Courchevel and has to his credit no less than six Chalets and 30 vacation buildings for a total of approximately 430 apartments.

Committed to providing its customers a standard of quality, our company has distinguished itself by offering a particular listening and structures tailored to each project.

Parallel to the property development activity, Gerard and Gerhild JUBIER created in 1983 the real estate agency “Agence of the Grand Mont”.

The “JUBIER CONSTRUCTION SARL”was created in 2007 by Gerard and Jean-Loup Jubier, and continues the business of property development with the same convictions.

Since then, the pace of production of the number of housing has slowed down, however the personalization of projects has considerably incresased. All the projects realized since the hameau de Léontine are highly personalized.
